First, confirm you're using the correct login method — either your registered Pakistani mobile number or email address. Check that Caps Lock is off — passwords are case-sensitive. No. 777p allows one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts violates the Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you've lost access to your account, contact support rather than creating a new one.

Log in to your 777p account, go to Account Settings and select "Change Password". You'll need to enter your current password and then your new one twice. If you've forgotten your current password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page instead.

You must be 18 years or older to register and play on 777p. Age is confirmed at registration via date of birth and is verified against identity documents before large withdrawals are processed. 777p takes age verification seriously and accounts found to belong to underage individuals are closed immediately.

Account verification (KYC) on 777p is triggered when you request a withdrawal above the standard threshold. You'll be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC and proof of your payment method. Verification is processed within 24 hours and is required only once. Until then, you can play and deposit freely with just your mobile number.
Deposits

777p accepts the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no conversion fees.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are instant — your 777p wallet balance updates within seconds of completing the transfer. NayaPay and SadaPay are also near-instant. IBFT bank transfers typically take 15–60 minutes depending on your bank's processing speed. Card deposits are usually instant.

The minimum deposit at 777p is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large single deposits may require additional verification in line with our security procedures.

First, check your Easypaisa or JazzCash transaction history to confirm the payment completed successfully on your end. IBFT transfers can take up to 60 minutes. If more than 60 minutes have passed and the deposit still hasn't appeared, email support@777p.click with your transaction reference number and deposit amount. Our team resolves missing deposit queries within 2 hours on average.

777p does not charge any fees on deposits. Your deposit amount arrives in your wallet exactly as sent — Rs 1,000 deposited means Rs 1,000 in your wallet. Note that your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may charge their own transfer fees — check with them directly if you're unsure.
Withdrawals

Log in to your 777p account, go to your wallet and select "Withdraw". Choose your withdrawal method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer etc.), enter the amount and confirm. For first-time withdrawals above the standard threshold, you may need to complete identity verification (CNIC submission) before the request is processed.

For verified accounts, most 777p withdrawals to Easypaisa or JazzCash are processed within 4 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (IBFT) typically take 4–24 hours depending on your bank. During peak periods the first review may take slightly longer, but our team processes withdrawal queues around the clock including weekends.

The minimum withdrawal amount on 777p is Rs 500. There is no cap on how many withdrawals you can make, though each must meet the Rs 500 minimum. Withdrawals of your real-money balance are always available regardless of whether you also have bonus funds in your account.

Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include: pending identity verification (KYC), an unmet bonus wagering requirement on your account, a security review triggered by an unusual withdrawal pattern, or a processing delay at the receiving bank. Check your account notifications for any pending verification requests. If there's no notification and the withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact support@777p.click with your withdrawal reference.

For security and anti-fraud reasons, 777p requires withdrawals to be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. If your original payment method is no longer active (e.g. you've changed your SIM), contact support@777p.click and the team will guide you through the alternative withdrawal process, which requires identity verification.

New 777p members receive a 100% deposit match welcome bonus up to Rs 10,000 on their first deposit. So if you deposit Rs 5,000, you receive Rs 5,000 bonus — giving you Rs 10,000 to play with. Wagering requirements specify how many times you need to play through a bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before the bonus becomes real money. Your bet history in your account dashboard shows your wagering progress. Not all bet types contribute equally — sports bets often contribute 100% and live casino bets contribute at different rates. After registering, you'll find your unique referral link in your account dashboard under Refer a Friend. Share your link with friends or family — when they register using your link and make a qualifying first deposit, both you and your friend receive a bonus. There is no limit on how many people you can refer. Referral bonuses are credited within 24 hours of the referred member's first qualifying deposit.

You can place live bets mid-match as conditions change — for example, adjusting your position after a wicket falls or a goal is scored. In-play betting is available from your account dashboard once logged in.

777p covers a wide range of football leagues including the Premier League, Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Ligue 1, as well as Asian leagues and international competitions. The minimum bet on sports markets at 777p is Rs 50. For live casino games (Teen Patti and Baccarat) the minimum bet per hand or round starts from Rs 100. Crash game minimum stakes start from Rs 10. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event — they are displayed on the bet slip when you select a market.
Casino & Games

777p's Teen Patti is played at live dealer tables with real dealers streamed in real time. The game follows standard Teen Patti rules — three cards are dealt and the best hand wins. Multiple table variants are available with different bet limits. You bet against the dealer (not other players) and the result is determined by the card values. Minimum bet is Rs 100 per round.

In 777p's Crash Games, a multiplier starts at 1× and climbs rapidly from the start of each round. You place your stake in PKR before the round starts and cash out before the multiplier "crashes" to end the round. Your winnings are your stake multiplied by the value at the moment you cash out. If you don't cash out before the crash, you lose your stake. Rounds run every 10–15 seconds.

777p offers both live dealer Baccarat (with a real dealer and real cards, streamed live) and automated RNG (Random Number Generator) Baccarat for faster play. Live tables have higher minimum bets starting at Rs 200 per hand. RNG Baccarat starts from Rs 100. Both formats follow standard Baccarat rules — bet on Player, Banker or Tie.

Crash game outcomes are generated using provably fair algorithms — you can verify each round's result independently after the fact from your bet history.
Security

777p uses TLS 1.3 encryption on all connections, bcrypt password hashing, two-factor authentication (2FA), unusual login detection and automatic session timeout on inactivity. Player funds are held separately from operational funds so your balance is protected regardless of business circumstances. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA from your account settings.

Change your password immediately using the "Forgot password?" link if you can't log in. Then email support@777p.click marked as urgent. Our security team can lock the account immediately and review login history to identify unauthorised access. If any transactions occurred without your authorisation, this will be investigated as a priority.

Never. 777p support staff will never ask for your password by email, SMS or live chat. If anyone claiming to be from 777p asks for your password, it is a phishing attempt — do not share it. Report the contact to support@777p.click immediately.
Responsible Gaming

Log in, go to Account Settings and select Responsible Gaming. From there you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately. You can decrease a limit at any time; increasing a limit requires a 48-hour cooling-off period to protect you from impulsive decisions.

Self-exclusion suspends your 777p account for a period you choose — from 24 hours up to 12 months or permanently. During exclusion, your account cannot be accessed and you'll be removed from all marketing communications. To self-exclude, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, or email support@777p.click and the team will apply it immediately. Once set, an exclusion cannot be shortened — this is intentional.
